Our Vision

Haiti which was known as "Pearl of the Antilles" the richest island in the Caribbean not too long ago is best known for its very flavorful foods today. It is where creole food originated from. Foods like red beans and rice, soup joumou, fritay, dous are some of the very popular items the people of Haiti love to enjoy.

We love the people of Haiti and their rich culture, especially their food. This is the reason we had decided to be the first and only one to make and share these mouth-watering foods straight from the kitchen of Haiti with the people of Las Vegas.
